When compared to our rowdy sales team, Tom is one of the more quieter members of the ineedhits team. But don’t let this fool you, his wide ranging knowledge makes him our guru on anything IT, computer, coding or even car related.

What most interests you about the SEM industry?
Everything is online, and everyone uses search. It’s the place to be if you want to market your business successfully. Not many people I know still look in phone books for anything, which means trying to get web sites ranking well is an exciting challenge.
I’m particularly interested in how technolgy can be used by businesses to market themselves successfully online. Being in IT, I’m fascinated by the companies behind the major search engines and how they use technology to further their business.
What are 2 things you can’t live without?
Not including my family, I’d have to say the Internet and my car.
What’s your favourite YouTube video and why?
This is a tough choice. There’s been quite a few Internet meme’s over the years. I enjoy “fail” videos and anything which mixes science and sillyness such as this old classic:
