I recently found a great resource by one the nicest people in Search Engine Marketing.

Matt Cutts, Google Engineer and self confessed nerd has his own blog.

Why do I class Matt as one of the nicest guys in search? Well it all stems from a conference I went to, where I witnessed Matt answer questions for over 12 hours straight and he was still smiling at the end of it – something that I have not witnessed by a representative of any other a search engine. And no, Matt is not a sales person.

To top that off, Matt then turned up to the next conference and did exactly the same thing!
