Google have just announced that the integration of Google AdSense and Analytics will be made available to all publishers. This feature, which has been in limited beta for a while now, allows publishers to see which pages, traffic sources and times during the week generate the best AdSense earnings.
Once you link the two accounts, you’ll find a new ‘AdSense’ heading on the left hand side menu. This will give you useful info to improve your AdSense earnings. A screenshot of the integration can be found below:
As seen by the screenshot above, the integration will provide you with access to three new reports:
Top AdSense Report - This report provides you with AdSense information for specific pages so you can target the weak performers and improve them.
Top AdSense Referrers - Gives you a breakdown on how different traffic sources contribute to your AdSense earnings.
AdSense Trending - Lets you see which times/days generate the best revenue for your site.
Publishers will also notice that other reports may have an “AdSense Revenue” tab which will allow you to breakdown AdSense earnings even further. To integrate your accounts, login to Google AdSense, visit the Reports tab and click on “Integrate Accounts”. If you need additional help, check out the video below explaining how to get started:
